Who We're Looking For




✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery sales, dealership development, or area management
✔ Robust local market knowledge and dealer/distributor network
✔ Self-driven professional with entrepreneurial mindset
✔ Own vehicle and willingness to travel
✔ Passion for agriculture, mechanization, and business growth
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand dealer and distributor network in assigned territory
- Generate retail and institutional sales opportunities
- Identify new business prospects and market potential
- Support dealer onboarding and market development activities
- Coordinate product demonstrations and customer engagement programs
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Submit regular sales and business development reports
