Position Overview The Plant Head will be responsible for establishing and leading a state-of-the-art 10 GWh lithium-ionbattery pack assembly facility, driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality output aligned with business objectives. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership roleinvolving end-to-end ownership of plant setup, commissioning, production operations, workforcedevelopment, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Plant Setup & Commissioning Lead the setup of the greenfield Li-ion battery pack assembly facility from concept to full-scale production. Define plant layout, equipment selection, installation, automation requirements, andproduction workflow design. Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost objectives, compliance, and quality standards. Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, Quality, and Technology teams forseamless commissioning.2️⃣ Manufacturing Operations – 10 GWh Output Oversee full-scale production operations delivering MWh and GWh level containerizedbattery energy storage solutions.



Define and manage KPIs for productivity, yield, safety, delivery, and overall equipmenteffectiveness (OEE). Ensure strict compliance with global standards for battery performance, traceability, and EV/BESS industry norms. Drive digital manufacturing implementation including MES, automation, and data-drivendecision-making.3️⃣ Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing workforce including experienced seniorengineers, supervisors, and technicians. Establish a robust culture of safety, operational discipline, continuous improvement, andaccountability. Enable talent development and succession planning to support rapid business scale-up.4️⃣ Supply Chain & Inventory Management Work closely with SCM to ensure availability of critical components including cells, modules, BMS, enclosures, and raw materials.
