We work closely with clients to assess readiness, design future-state processes, and support technology-led business transformation.
nRole Purpose
nThe Senior ERP Consultant will lead end-to-end ERP transformation workstreams for client engagements — from readiness assessment and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live support — while mentoring junior team members and acting as a key point of contact for client stakeholders.

- Lead ERP readiness assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshopsn




- Own business requirement documentation (BRDs), process flows, and to-be design for assigned modulesn
- Drive ERP configuration, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover planningn
- Act as primary consultant liaison with client business and IT stakeholdersn
- Identify risks and process gaps and recommend practical, implementable solutionsn
- Review and guide the work of IT Analysts/junior consultants on the engagementn
- Support project governance — status reporting, steering committee updates, and issue escalationn
- Contribute to proposal development and solution estimation for current engagementsn

- 5–7 years of ERP consulting experience across at least one full implementation lifecyclen
- Deep functional expertise in one or more ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales/CRM, or similar) on SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or NetSuiten
