Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations, East – Kolkata

nVantrock is a multi-product real assets platform. Not a warehousing fund. Logistics and industrial is the first strategy. Office, plotted sales, land, pre-leased and yielding assets, private credit, data centres and senior living follow behind it. This seat builds the distribution network for all of it in Kolkata and the East.
nTHE SEAT
nEmployer: Vantrock Investment Managers LLP, the investment manager within Vantrock Ventures
nReports to: Chief Business Officer, Fundraising and Investor Relations. Until that seat is filled, directly to the Founder & CEO, who will build the franchise with the zonal team hands-on
nDirect reports: None at launch. A senior single-contributor seat with a very large number attached
nLocation: Kolkata, in office, with twelve to fifteen travel days a month across Kolkata, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Ranchi and Raipur
nExperience: 10 to 16 years

Warehousing and industrial parks are the first strategy, not the platform , across the full chain: first mile, last mile, city-centre, dark-store and self-storage formats, and logistics-anchored mixed-use with distribution below and office above.
