nCandidates should have prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications. The candidate should be experienced working with onsite leads and clients to understand and document requirements. Candidate should be proficient in cloud application knowledge to be able to perform fit-gap analysis, configure solution and test it. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate should have exposure to configure and unit test the Fusion CORE module based on the customer’s requirement.

nJob description:
nResponsibility -

- Gathering and documenting business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, develop test scripts, client user training.n
- Writing functional design document for conversions/ interfaces/ reports/ extensions,



functional testing and support development of technical deliverables from offshore.n
- Configuring Core HR solutions include areas which are common across multiple modules such as Workflow approval rules, Data role security, Checklist, Design studio personalization.n
- Working with onsite / offshore model having experience in handling onsite leads / clients handling and working with multiple onsite stakeholders/teams.n
- Should have solid written and oral communication skills. Proactively share status updates and issue reports to the Project Management on a regular basis.n
- Should be proactive in debugging and providing solutions to client for P1/P2 tickets.n
- Should be responsible for client facing during ER (Enhancement Request) discussions.n
- Should be able to analyze BRD and provide High Level Estimates, prepare Functional / Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence of Test Documents and Production Migration Documents for
