Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on organizations that can benefit from CRM, sales, and marketing automation solutions.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs and Nidish’s service offerings. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams to scope engagements, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations to close deals. The Business Development Executive will also maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies and messaging. This is a full-time remote role that requires proactive communication, disciplined self-management, and comfort working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
