- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Disaster Recovery, IT operations support, reporting, or service onboarding functionsn
- Solid understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes, including planning, annual testing, tracking, and remediation follow-upn
- Working knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks and concepts (RTO/RPO, Business Impact Analysis, failover/failback procedures, backup and replication strategies)n
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) for management reporting and trackingn
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate to build and maintain workflow automations for recurring tasks, approvals, and notificationsn
- Experience supporting operational reporting and management dashboards using visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI (highly desirable), Tableau, and Qlik Sensen




- Working knowledge of infrastructure, database, desktop, and end-user support operationsn
- Experience coordinating application onboarding / take-on (ATO) activities, including documentation, cost, resource, and support readiness assessmentsn
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar for incident, change, and problem managementn
- Working knowledge of cloud-based DR concepts (AWS/Azure DR, backup, and recovery services) is a plusn
- Basic scripting/query skills (e.g., SQL, Power Query, VBA, or similar) to automate recurring reports and reduce manual effortn
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills and Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholdersn
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting status, risks, and recommendations to leadershipn
