About the Role
Lead end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, while partnering with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders, delivering analytics, and supporting compensation and benefits programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Partner with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver payroll, workforce, and people analytics that support business decision-making and workforce planning.
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive programs, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.
- Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems and contribute to process enhancements.
- Participate in regional Compensation & Benefits projects, governance activities,



and policy reviews.

Qualifications
- 8 - 10 years of Compensation & Benefits and/or payroll experience
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in HR, Business, payroll or a related field.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience managing India payroll operations.
- Experience working with external payroll providers and statutory compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors.
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors.
