nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Supervisor to support day-to-day accounting operations for our company.
n

nKey Responsibilities
nDay-to-Day Accounting
n
- n
- Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in QuickBooks Online (QBO)n
- Post daily transactions including revenue, receipts, expenses, vendor invoices with proper classification of income, expenses, assets, and liabilitiesn
- Bank, credit card accounting and reconciliationn

n

nRevenue & Receipts Reconciliation
n
- n
- Reconcile daily/weekly revenue between source systems (POS / EMR / Zenoti) and QBO, further reconcile with bank deposits and receipts against reported revenuen
- Investigate and resolve variances related to collections, refunds, chargebacks, and timing differences by following up with the team membersn

nAccounts Payable (AP)
n
- n
- Manage AP aging,



obtaining approvals and ensure timely paymentsn

n

nInventory Accounting
n
- n
- Track inventory movements and costsn
- Reconcile inventory balances between systems and accounting recordsn

n

nMonth-End Close & Workpapers
n
- n
- Prepare month-end schedules, supporting workpapers and assist in monthly close activitiesn
- Support audit and tax requests with accurate documentationn

n

nSystems & Process Support
n
- n
- Work with multiple systems such as QBO, Zenoti, POS systems, Bill.com, Divvy statements, EMR platformsn
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and controlsn
- Support transition of processes, documentation, and SOP creationn
- Any other role/task that is assignedn

nRequired Qualifications
n
- n
- Semi qualified/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commercen
- 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience (US accounting preferred)n
- Robust working knowle
