Role Description
We are expanding our Client Services and Administration team with multiple full time, on-site openings based in Gurugram, India. This team is the operational and compliance backbone of the business, supporting consumer interactions, data integrity, training delivery, quality assurance, audit readiness, and platform uptime.

Open Functions

Consumer Disputes - Research, document, and resolve consumer disputes end to end. Review account histories, gather supporting documentation, prepare written responses within regulatory timeframes, and escalate issues that require compliance or legal review.

Data Entry - Accurately enter, validate, and maintain account and consumer records across internal platforms. Reconcile incoming client files, correct data discrepancies, and maintain the record quality that downstream reporting and compliance depend on.

Learning Management System Admin (LMS) - Administer the company learning platform: build and publish courses, manage user accounts and permissions, assign and track required compliance training, troubleshoot learner issues, and report on completion rates and certificati
