nRole Summary: Support Life & Pension operations by processing policy-related transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within SLA/KPI targets.
nKey Responsibilities

- Process Life & Pension requests as per SOPs and quality standards.n
- Review and update policy information accurately.n
- Meet SLA, KPI, and productivity targets.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and UK/European stakeholders.n
- Manage transactions using workflow systems.n
- Support audits and process improvement initiatives.n

nSkills & Qualifications
n
- n
- Graduate in any discipline.n
- Good English communication skills.n
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.n
- Understanding of SLA/KPI-driven operations.n
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).n

nPreferred Experience
n
- n
- 1-10 years in Insurance BPO, preferably Life & Pension operations.n
- Exposure to UK/European clients or processes is an advantage.n
