1. Good customer service skill and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries that they might have during the phone conversations
n2. Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students
n3. Fast learner and passion for sales and target-oriented.
n4 Self motivated with a results driven approach
n5. Ensure parent / student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals
n6. Maintain a proper database of students counselled and applications sent to abroad
n7. Responsible for timely reporting to managers

nRequirements

n1. Minimum a bachelors degree in any stream
n2. Minimum 1- 2 year of experience in counselling and sale
n3. Valuable listener and communication skills
n4. Patient and friendly personality
n5. Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language
