Job Description
• Role Overview: The Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimisation of Amity University’s paid digital campaigns across India and international markets. This role focuses on driving quality leads and improving campaign efficiency by working hands-on across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic. You will execute campaigns designed to reach diverse student segments across Tier I–III Indian cities and global regions, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.

n• Key Responsibilities:
no Campaign Execution & Optimization
n Set up, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across search, display, social, video, and native platforms.
n Implement targeting, bidding, and creative changes to improve CTR, lead quality, and conversion rates.
n Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and lead forms to maximise performance.
n Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and attribution for all campaigns.
no Daily Monitoring & Troubleshooting
n Track live campaign performance,



identify issues, and take corrective actions in real time.
n Maintain accurate records of spends, impressions, leads, CPL, and CPA.
n Flag any underperforming campaigns promptly with optimisation recommendations.

n Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
n Analyse campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
n Share actionable insights to refine targeting and creative strategy.
no Cross-Functional Coordination
n Work closely with admissions and inside sales teams to ensure lead quality and follow-up efficiency.
n Coordinate with creative, content, and brand teams for timely asset delivery and updates.
