Role Overview
nWe are looking for an Associate Account Manager to manage and grow our international client portfolio across the MENA region.
nThe role will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, sales, supply partners, and internal campaign teams. The ideal candidate should combine strong client-management skills with a practical understanding of performance marketing, campaign operations, attribution, and commercial delivery.
nThis is an execution-focused role for someone who can translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans, align internal and external stakeholders, and ensure campaigns meet their performance and revenue goals.

nKey Responsibilities
nClient Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across the MENA region.n
- Understand each client’s business objectives, campaign KPIs, target audience, attribution setup, and growth priorities.n
- Manage onboarding, campaign planning, reporting, performance reviews, and ongoing client communication.n




- Build strong relationships with client-side marketing, growth, acquisition, and agency teams.n
- Identify concerns early and ensure timely resolution of campaign, tracking, quality, or delivery-related issues.n
- Conduct regular performance reviews and present clear recommendations to clients.n

nCampaign and Performance Management

- Translate client briefs into explicit campaign requirements for internal operations and supply teams.n
- Monitor campaign delivery across metrics such as installs, registrations, deposits, purchases, CPA, ROAS, retention, and other relevant funnel events.n
- Analyse performance trends and recommend optimisations based on traffic quality, conversion rates, scale potential, and unit economics.n
- Work with campaign teams to ensure budgets are paced efficiently and client KPIs are consistently tracked.n
