Program Intern – Operations & Learner Engagement Location: Noida, Sector 62 Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year Department: Program Operations About the Role We are looking for a Program Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our programs and ensure smooth communication and engagement with learners. This role will involve a combination of program coordination, learner communication, calling, follow-ups, data tracking, and operational support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with learners regularly, following up on pending actions, and managing multiple operational tasks. Key Responsibilities Make regular outbound calls to learners for onboarding, attendance, feedback, engagement, pending actions, and other program-related requirements. Follow up with learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels. Support the onboarding process and ensure learners have access to required platforms, software, sessions, and resources. Track learner participation, attendance, responses, and pending actions.



Maintain and update Google Sheets / Excel trackers and ensure learner data is accurate and up to date. Coordinate with mentors, internal teams, and learners to resolve day-to-day program-related issues. Identify learners who are inactive, unresponsive, or facing challenges and escalate them to the relevant team member. Assist in collecting learner feedback and following up on feedback-related actions. Support scheduling, session coordination, reminders, and other program activities. Prepare basic daily/weekly operational updates and reports. Ensure timely completion of assigned follow-ups and operational tasks. Support the Program Operations team in maintaining a smooth learner experience throughout the program. What We're Looking For Good verbal and written communication skills.
