nJob Summary:
nWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Manager for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

nKey Responsibilities:
nGenerate sales through inbound and outbound leads.Handle client queries and provide suitable property solutions.
nConduct site visits and property presentations.
nMaintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
nAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.
nCoordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and closure process.




nMaintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
nStay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
n

nRequired Skills:
nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
nStrong sales and convincing abilities.
nGood knowledge of Delhi/NCR real estate market.
nAbility to work in a target-oriented workplace.
nClient handling and relationship management skills.
nBasic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

nEligibility Criteria:
nMinimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
nBachelor’s degree in any field.
nCandidates with strong closing skills will be preferred.

nAs per industry standards + Attractive Incentives
nWorking Schedule: 6 Days Working
nWeek Off: Monday Fixed OffOffice Timing: 10:30am to 7pm
