Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IB & Consulting team as a Research & Consulting Intern.



This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about corporate finance and the fundraising process and will allow you to gain hands-on experience in the investment banking domain.

Key Responsibilities
I. Research & Strategy:
- Map licensing, compliance, and tax frameworks across target geographies; create concise regulatory roadmaps and risk registers.
- Size markets, segment customers, benchmark competitors, and identify whitespace opportunities; translate findings into go-to-market (GTM) recommendations.
- Conduct audience research, develop value-proposition statements, and advise on naming, messaging hierarchy, and brand architecture.

II. Implementation & Execution:
- Draft company charters, HR handbooks, data-privacy policies, and SOPs that meet local regulations and global best practices.
- Source and negotiate with marketing agencies, tech partners (CRM, ERP), and other third-party vendors;
