We are looking for a high-energy, analytical and entrepreneurial professional to join the Founder’s Office at a fast-growing D2C startup.

The role will work closely with the Founder on business strategy, growth initiatives, operations, category expansion, performance tracking and strategic projects. This is a high-visibility role that will involve working across functions and driving initiatives from problem identification to execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity, analyzing data, and taking ownership of critical business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Planning
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic business priorities and growth plans.
- Conduct market, competitor and consumer research to identify new opportunities.
- Develop business plans, prospect assessments and strategic recommendations.
- Track key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Support annual, quarterly and monthly business planning.

2. Growth & Revenue




- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, customer acquisition, retention and profitability.
- Analyze performance across D2C website, marketplaces and quick-commerce channels.
- Work with Growth, Marketing and Sales teams to improve business performance.
- Evaluate new channels, categories, products and markets for potential expansion.
- Track key metrics such as GMV, revenue, AOV, CAC, LTV, conversion, repeat rate and contribution margin.

3. Business Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product and Operations teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Create dashboards and MIS reports for management reviews.
- Establish processes, metrics and review mechanisms for critical business functions.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
