As we continue to grow across global markets, we’re looking for a Sales Lead to take ownership of our sales growth and help build the next stage of RapidX’s sales engine.

We’re looking for someone who understands that outstanding sales is not just about sending more messages. It’s about finding the right accounts, understanding their business, starting meaningful conversations, identifying real opportunities, and building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.

From researching a brand and identifying the right decision-maker to leading discovery calls, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing — you’ll own the journey end-to-end.

What You’ll Do:




- Own and drive RapidX’s end-to-end sales process across Email Marketing and Email Design & Development.
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities across D2C, eCommerce, Shopify brands, and marketing agencies .
- Identify target accounts, research their businesses, find the right decision-makers, and develop relevant outreach strategies.
- Prospect and engage Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, eCommerce Leaders, CRM/Retention Leaders, and Agency Decision-Makers .
- Use tools such as Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and other prospecting platforms to build and activate target account lists.
- Develop personalized outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels .
- Go beyond surface-level prospecting by understanding a prospect’s current email marketing, retention, and customer engagement setup.
- Identify gaps and opportunities where RapidX’s services can create measur
