Onwords Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit Executive / Sales Audit skilled to oversee sales-related audit processes, ensure compliance with internal procedures, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement across the Sales Team.
The role will involve conducting various audits, reviewing sales activities and transactions, preparing audit reports, tracking observations, and working closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the audit relationship with the Sales Team and monitor performance against defined targets and budgets.
- Conduct regular audits of sales processes, activities, and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and completing audit programs and conducting audit fieldwork.
- Prepare and maintain accurate audit working papers, observations, comments, and recommendations.
- Develop audit scope and perform internal audit procedures based on business requirements.
- Prepare detailed internal audit reports highlighting findings, process gaps, and recommendations.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure corrective actions are implemented and audit observations are closed within the required timelines.
- Identify process deviations, operational risks, and compliance gaps within the Sales Team.
- Assist in audit issue trend analysis and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Support departmental process improvement initiatives and internal quality assurance activities.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Team Leads to improve process adherence and operational efficiency.
