We are hiring a Research Analyst for a fast-growing tech marketing startup based in Gurugram. The position is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience from NITs/engineering colleges, who enjoy deep research and can translate findings into high-quality reports, blogs, presentations, and data models.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct structured secondary research using industry reports, whitepapers, regulatory filings, company websites, news, and databases to build a robust evidence base.

· Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights for internal strategy, client projects, and thought leadership.

· Create multi-format outputs: research reports, executive summaries, blog posts, articles, case studies, and slide decks that communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, data sheets, and straightforward models to organize research data, trends, and metrics for ongoing use.

· Design and develop PowerPoint presentations that distill complex research into crisp,



visually coherent stories for leadership, clients, and external stakeholders.

· Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and leadership teams to shape content calendars, campaign narratives, and positioning based on research insights.

· Ensure accuracy, source discipline, and data quality across all research outputs and internal documentation.

· Should be able to do primary research, if needed.

Required Candidate Profile

· 0–2 years of experience in research, analytics, or related roles;
strong academic projects or internships involving market/industry/technology research will be considered.

· Strong academic background in engineering, or equivalent programs with a heavy research component.

· Class 10th and 12th marks strictly above 90%.

· Demonstrated ability to conduct secondary research;
prior experience in academic projects, internships, or roles involving market/industry/technology research is a plus.
