As we continue to strengthen our Residential Business, we are looking for a agile, target-oriented and people-focused professional to join us as Team Leader – Channel Sales and drive business growth through our Channel Partner network.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy all of the following criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in the Residential Real Estate Division will be preferred.
- Experience in managing Channel Partners / Broker Networks and relationship management will be preferred.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive business independently.




- Experience in leading, mentoring and motivating a sales team.
- Good understanding of the real estate market and channel sales ecosystem will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales and revenue through the Channel Partner / Broker Network.
- Develop, onboard and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Channel Partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the Channel Partner network.
- Drive partner productivity through regular engagement, meetings and business reviews.
- Ensure consistent business generation through the channel network.

2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, guide and motivate the Channel Sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Set individual and team objectives and monitor performance against defined KPIs.
