Role Description The Financial Accountant role is night shift role with Handson experience of Quickbooks ,will bring strong technical and operational accounting skills, experience within a wholesale, apparel, consumer products, or similarly inventory-driven environment, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves when needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial

reporting across seven brands.

· Oversee general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepaid expenses,





and balance sheet accounts.

· Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial statements and underlying accounting

records.

· Manage accounting activities across a complex multi-brand, wholesale apparel organization

generating approximately $150–$200M in annual revenue.

· Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, including direct supervision of the internal AP and

AR team members.

· Partner closely with the VP of Finance & Accounting on financial reporting, accounting initiatives, and

ongoing improvements to the finance function.

· Oversee accounting related to brand licensing and royalty arrangements, including reporting,

reconciliations, accruals, and compliance with contractual requirements.

· Support accounting for wholesale customer activity, including receivables, deductions, chargebacks,

credits, and other customer-related transactions.
