nAbout the Role
nBoston Institute of Analytics (BIA), an international institute offering professional courses in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and other emerging technologies , is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive .
nThe candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, counselling prospective students, and driving course enrollments through effective communication, follow-ups, and sales strategies.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle cold calls and warm leads to identify prospective students and convert them into enrollments.n
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable professional programs.n
- Explain course structure, curriculum, benefits, fees,



and career opportunities clearly to prospective students.n
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.n
- Generate new leads through business development and lead-generation activities .n
- Maintain and nurture the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets .n
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.n
- Conduct effective academic counselling and address candidate queries or objections.n
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and support them through the admission process.n
- Collaborate with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead conversion.n
- Identify recent business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Sholinganallur centre.n
