Associate Vice President - Investments

nWe’re looking for someone who is, at their core, a business builder, someone who has experienced the journey of building and scaling businesses, rather than someone who has only evaluated them from an investment perspective.
n

nLocation: Gurgaon (with flexibility to travel across portfolio companies)
n

nWhat we’re looking for
n
- n
- ~10 years of experience , ideally across high-quality startups and/or operating rolesn
- Strong exposure to building and scaling businesses , particularly 0→1 or 1→10 journeysn
- Experience across both:n
- Individual contribution , andn
- Building and leading teams from scratch n
- Direct experience owning a P&L; business unit, product, or verticaln
- Proven ability to work closely with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders n
- Robust communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills , someone who can read situations, influence outcomes, and build trust n
- High degree of ownership, humility, and maturity n

nWhat you’ll do




nThis is a full-stack investing + operating role , involving:
n
- n
- Evaluating investments end-to-endn
- Leading deal execution across commercial and legal aspectsn
- Working closely with founders on growth and business buildingn
- Managing portfolio relationships and board interactionsn
- Contributing to investor reporting and fundraisingn
- Hiring and mentoring analystsn

nThe individual will initially own 1–2 portfolio companies end-to-end and progressively scale their scope across the fund.
n

nWhat success looks like

- Independently owning investment decisions and portfolio relationships n
- Bringing meaningful, including contrarian, perspectives to investment discussionsn
- Representing the fund with credibility across founders, LPs, and other stakeholders n
- Building and mentoring high-performing teams n
