nJob Summary
nCustomer Relations will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling orders and customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The role will also support sales growth, corporate business, and customer engagement activities.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, requests, feedback, and complaints.n
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.n
- Maintain customer details and update CRM records.n
- Handle customer orders, including corporate, catering, gifting, events, and individual orders.n
- Take customer requirements and coordinate order details.n
- Prepare menus and quotations as per customer requirements.n
- Follow up on orders from booking to delivery.n
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Production, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams.n
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery.n




- Support billing, invoicing, and payment-related activities.n
- Handle online and third-party platform orders.n
- Support outlet operations and maintain service standards.n
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and customer engagement activities.n
- Maintain product details and shelf-life records.n
- Coordinate website product updates when required.n
- Coordinate with vendors and service partners as needed.n
- Prepare daily and monthly customer/order reports.n
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.n
- Support customer retention and repeat business.n
- Assist in sales and business development activities.n
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.n
