nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO & Founder who will work closely with the CEO and provide comprehensive support in managing day-to-day professional activities, schedules, communication, coordination, and follow-ups.
nThe ideal candidate should be *highly organised, proactive, presentable, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment*. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the CEO's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.n
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and appointments.n
- Assist the CEO in planning and prioritising daily activities.n
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, follow-ups, and action points as required.n
- Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the CEO.n




- Maintain regular follow-ups with team members, clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.n
- Draft and manage qualified emails, messages, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO when required.n
- Handle confidential information and sensitive business matters with complete discretion.n
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, documents, and Excel sheets.n
- Maintain proper records, trackers, and documentation.n
- Support the CEO in travel planning, scheduling, and other administrative arrangements.n
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders whenever required.n
- Monitor pending tasks and provide timely reminders and updates to the CEO.n
- Assist with personal/professional coordination and errands related to the CEO, wherever required.n
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the CEO from time to time.n
