About the RolenCare.fi is looking for a Product Designer to revamp the user experience across our product.
nYou’ll work closely with Product & Engineering to:

- n
- Review existing user journeys and identify usability gapsn
- Redesign key flows to make them simpler, intuitive and consistentn
- Bring consistency across UI, interactions and design componentsn
- Build reusable design patterns / componentsn
- Translate complex product workflows into clean, user-friendly experiencesn
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma

What We’re Looking Forn
- n
- 1–4 years of experience in Product / UI-UX Designn
- Solid understanding of usability and user-centric designn
- Proficiency in Figman
- Ability to think in terms of end-to-end user journeys , not just individual screensn
- Strong product sense and attention to detailn
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plusn
