Role Overview
Howell Protection Systems is looking for a confident, articulate and relationship-driven Business Development professional to strengthen our client engagement and expand our business across the ELV and integrated security solutions segment.
We particularly welcome candidates from the hospitality industry , where solid communication, presentation, client servicing and relationship-management skills are integral to the role. Prior ELV experience would be advantageous; however, candidates with the right business-development aptitude and willingness to learn technical solutions may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities across Hotels,



Hospitality Groups, Corporates, Developers and Institutional Clients .
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, including Hotel Owners, General Managers, Purchase Heads, Project Heads, Consultants and Corporate Management teams .
- Represent Howell professionally during client meetings, presentations and networking opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with Pre-Sales, Technical, Projects and Commercial teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy business-development pipeline.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow up on proposals and business opportunities.
- Support preparation and presentation of proposals, credentials and commercial discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and follow-ups.
- Develop long-term relationships rather than focusing only on transactional sales.
