The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in reporting, automation, and business insights generation.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.n
- Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for various business functions.n
- Lead analytics initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.n
- Create and optimize reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI.n
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business reports.n




- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic reporting requirements.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- n
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related role.n
- Robust team handling and stakeholder management skills.n
- Hands-on experience in:n
- SQLn
- Power BI (Basic)n
- Advanced Exceln
- VBAn
- Ability to independently lead analytics projects and automation initiatives.n
- Strong business acumen with a focus on reporting and insights generation.n
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.n
