The opportunity
You will lead AI-enabled video storytelling and creative video production across BCCL’s brands, advertiser solutions, and new business ventures. You will reimagine how video content is conceptualised, produced, adapted, and scaled through AI while maintaining solid creative craft, storytelling quality, audience engagement, and brand distinctiveness.
Working with Brand, Response, Times Experiences, Editorial, and Product and Technology teams,



you will develop scalable AI-assisted video workflows across scripting, visual generation, motion design, editing, voice, avatars, dubbing, localisation, and content adaptation. The role combines human creativity with AI-enabled production to improve speed, quality, adaptability, and creative possibilities across formats and platforms.

What you will do
- Lead AI-assisted video development across brand films, social-first content, branded solutions, event videos, explainers, promos, and editorial storytelling.
- Translate business and creative briefs into compelling visual narratives aligned with audience needs, brand tonality, and platform requirements.
- Build AI-assisted workflows spanning scripting, storyboarding, visual generation, motion graphics, editing, voice synthesis, dubbing, localisation, and adaptation.
