Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
nIncumbent will serve as the organization's focal point for Ethics, Whistleblower Complaints, Fraud Risk Management, Conflict of Interest governance and ethical culture initiatives. The role is responsible for independently managing and overseeing sensitive investigations, driving fraud prevention measures, strengthening ethical conduct across the organization and ensuring timely reporting to management, Ethics Committee and Audit Committee. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, HR, Legal, Internal Audit and external investigation partners to identify, investigate and mitigate misconduct, fraud and governance-related concerns.

nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
nInvestigations
n1. Conduct and lead investigations involving Whistleblower complaints, fraud, employee misconduct, policy violations, conflict of interest matters and other ethical concerns.
n2. Manage and supervise investigations conducted by external forensic firms and consultants.
n3. Prepare investigation reports and track Management Action Plans (MAPs).
n4.



Present findings to Ethics Committee, senior management and Audit Committee.
n5. Liaise with law enforcement agencies, legal counsels and regulatory authorities.
n6. Proactively identify fraud vulnerabilities and governance risks.

nEthics Awareness
n1. Drive awareness and adoption of Tata Code of Conduct (TCoC).
n2. Conduct ethics induction and refresher programs.
n3. Partner with leadership to strengthen ethical culture and Tone from the Top.
n4. Lead ethics communication campaigns through digital platforms.
n5. Manage Conflict of Interest and Gifts & Hospitality processes.
n6. Ensure completion of mandatory TCoC training.
n

nPOSH
n1. Support POSH awareness, governance and compliance.
n2. Conduct POSH induction and awareness programs.
n3. Ensure statutory POSH filings and compliance.
n4. Oversee POSH training and awareness requirements.
