- 5+ years of experience in Applications Engineering.n
- Strong experience in spectroscopy, customer application support, and solution consulting.n
- Experience in product qualification, technical training, and customer engagement.n
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales and R&D; teams.n
- Understand customer application needs and recommend the best product configuration.n
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide solution consultation.n
- Engage with existing and potential customers to identify needs and propose solutions.n
- Support qualification testing of new products.n
- Record customer issues and document resolutions.n
- Identify opportunities for product and solution improvement.n
- Provide feedback to R&D; and influence product requirements.n
- Maintain knowledge of customers, competitors, and market solutions.n
- Deliver remote and in office technical support.n
- Conduct technical demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.n
- Mentor junior team members.n
