nHiring: Technical Project Manager / Customer-Facing Delivery Manager
nWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong customer-facing delivery experience to manage enterprise application support and platform delivery from offshore, working closely with US-based customers and onsite teams.
nPrimary Skills Required

- Strong customer-facing delivery management experiencen
- Background in hands-on technical roles earlier in career — Developer, DevOps Engineer, Automation Engineern
- Experience managing application support, deployment, validation/testing, web hosting, automation, enhancements, releases, and service improvement initiatives using AI toolsn
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, cloud/hybrid hosting, and infrastructure dependenciesn
- Excellent communication, governance, escalation handling,



and stakeholder management skillsn
- Experience managing onsite-offshore distributed technical teamsn
- Hands-on experience with fullstack development, tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and executive reporting/presentationsn
- Exposure to customer governance, risk management, release coordination, incident reviews, RCA, and action trackingn
