nZellar International is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Manager – MICE Sales to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years of experience in corporate MICE sales, a strong grasp of the events and hospitality ecosystem, and a proven ability to convert leads into business. This is a mid-level managerial role with strong growth potential as we continue expanding across India, Dubai, and global markets.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify recent corporate clients for MICE events.n
- Pitch MICE event packages, concepts, and solutions to prospective clients.n
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.n
- Understand client requirements, event objectives, budget, and expected deliverablen
- Identify high-potential sectors and build a strong, future-ready sales pipeline and business Developmentn
- Generate fresh leads and develop new business within corporate and event-driven environments.n




- Engage with senior decision-makers to present Zellar’s capabilities and value propositions. Client Relationship Managementn
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners.n
- Develop customized MICE proposals based on evolving client requirements. Collaboration & Execution Supportn
- Work closely with internal teams—including operations, creative, and production—to ensure seamless delivery of awarded projects.n
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal execution units. Market Intelligencen
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movement.n
- Share insights with leadership to support strategic business planning. Sales Presentations & Negotiations • Prepare compelling proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.n
- Lead negotiations to close contracts while ensuring mutual value for clients and Zellar.n
