nWe are hiring a Network Growth Lead to build the industrial network through which our hardware and operators enter factories, warehouses, workshops, and other real-world environments across India.
nYou will create access, convert relationships into live collection operations, and help establish Neocambrian as a visible and trusted company across industrial India.

nYou may spend one morning making the commercial case to a factory owner and the afternoon working with a plant supervisor and our operations team to resolve the practical details required to launch collection on the floor.

nYou will own the relationship from the first introduction to signed access, site readiness, launch, and a partnership that expands over time.

- Factory access across India: Build and manage a qualified network of manufacturing and industrial partners, with density in the clusters, industries, and task environments that matter most.n
- Partnership conversion: Own the complete journey from first contact and commercial agreement through site assessment, operational readiness, launch, and handoff into productive collection.n
- Cluster expansion: Map the industrial landscape, identify the right associations and connectors, and determine where Neocambrian should build depth rather than scatter its efforts.n
- Operational scale: Work closely with the operations team to ensure that factory access turns into reliable, repeatable data collection—not partnerships that exist only on paper.n
