nWhat you'll own

- Cold calls into the US. This is the core of the job. You'll call senior leaders who have never heard of us and get them curious enough to talk.n
- Full outbound. Calls, emails, LinkedIn. You'll run sequences end to end and book discovery calls and pilots.n
- Account research. Figure out which companies are hurting right now and why. Hiring spikes, tool sprawl, leadership changes.n
- Feedback from the field. You'll hear objections before anyone else.



Bring them back and help us sharpen the pitch.n
- A seat at the GTM table. We want your ideas, not just your dials. Which buyers respond? Which message lands? What should we test next? If you have a strategy, pitch it. If it works, we run it.n

- At least 1 year of calling into the US market. You've made the dials, heard the "not interested," and know how US buyers think, talk, and decide.n
- B2B experience. SaaS is a plus. B2B services selling into the US works too.n
- Comfort with a no. Rejection doesn't slow you down. It gives you data.n
- Clear, straightforward communication. You can explain a technical product without drowning someone in jargon.n
