- Coordinate the interview pipeline between candidates and departmental leadership.n
- Manage bulk hiring strategies for high-volume operational cycles.n
- Negotiate job offers and guide selected hires through pre-boarding administration.n

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.n
- Experience : Minimum of 2–4 years of experience specializing in non-technical vertical markets.n
- Sourcing Expertise : Advanced proficiency using platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.n
- Software Competency : Practical experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Sheets.n
- Regulatory Knowledge : Grounded understanding of regional employment standards and labor policies.n
