nRole Overview
nWe are hiring an Accounts Manager to own the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations at Soiltech. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable in a project-based engineering environment — managing billing cycles, compliance, and reporting with accuracy and independence.
nKey Responsibilities

- End-to-end accounting: AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliationn
- GST filings, TDS returns, advance tax, and statutory compliancen
- Project-wise billing,



invoice generation, and receivables follow-upn
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial statements for managementn
- Cash flow monitoring, budget tracking, and project cost accountingn
- Payroll processing and timely salary disbursementsn
- Vendor management, purchase order processing, and payment cyclesn
- Audit readiness — coordination with internal and statutory auditorsn
- Banking operations, facility documentation, and liaisonn

nRequirements

- n
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or CA Inter / CMA Intern
- 5–8 years of experience in accounts/finance; engineering or consultancy background preferredn
- Proficiency in Tally ERP or equivalent accounting softwaren
- Strong MS Excel skills for MIS and reconciliationn
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliancen
- Familiarity with project-based / WIP accounting is a plusn
