The Opportunity

Kaygen is looking for a Business Development Manager - MSP/VMS Partnerships to expand its presence within enterprise contingent-workforce programs.
The role will focus on developing new MSP relationships,



strengthening Kaygen's position within existing programs and translating strong supplier performance into greater requisition flow, placements and revenue.
We are looking for someone who understands that success in an MSP environment is driven not only by relationships, but by commercial competitiveness, responsiveness, delivery quality, compliance and measurable supplier performance.

What You Will Own
- Identify, approach and onboard recent MSP, VMS and enterprise contingent-workforce programs aligned with Kaygen's capabilities.
- Develop strong relationships with MSP program leaders, supplier managers, procurement stakeholders and relevant end-client teams.
- Manage supplier registration, capability positioning, commercials, rate cards, contractual discussions and account activation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of MSP opportunities and priority programs with clear revenue potential.
