nAs Release Manager, you will drive the team to execute in a timely manner, keep track of projects progress, and work with internal and external stakeholders. You will closely interact and work with Dev leads, Dev, QA, and other teams to make sure software is delivered per schedule and in excellent quality.

- Enable efficient release governancen
- Establish and maintain release management processes and standardsn
- Monitor and improve release processes for efficiency and effectivenessn
- Track and measure releasesn
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for releasesn
- Maintain and update release dashboardsn
- Analyze release metrics to identify areas for improvementn
- Support planning, scheduling, and controlling of releasesn
- Develop detailed release plans and schedulesn
- Coordinate release activities with cross-functional teamsn
- Manage change requestsn
- Track change request process for releasesn
- Support evaluating and approval/rejection change requestsn




- Track timely implementation of approved changesn
- Drive release and backlog planning and prioritizationn
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the release backlogn
- Ensure alignment between release plans and business objectivesn
- Track plans vs executionn
- Conducting retrospectives and RCAs when requiredn
- Working with various stakeholders: PMs, R&D;, Managementn
- Project managementn
- Track and follow-up on high risks projects when requiredn
- Provide status reporting when requiredn
- Identify, communicate and manage risksn
- Identify and communicate risks to stakeholdersn
- Support developing mitigation plansn
- Manage dependenciesn
- Identify dependencies between different teams and projectsn
- Coordinate with scrum teams to ensure smooth deliveryn
- Resolve any dependency-related issues that arisen
