nAbout the Role-
nWe are looking for a MICE Sales / Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and acquire corporate clients for our OFFGRYD, Voyalys’s MICE vertical .
nThe ideal candidate will have robust communication, negotiation, client acquisition, and relationship-building skills , along with experience in B2B sales, hospitality, corporate sales, travel, or related industries is preferred.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.n
- Connect with HR, Admin, Founders, CXOs, and other corporate decision-makers.n
- Understand client requirements for corporate offsites, conferences, incentive trips, team outings, and events.n




- Conduct client meetings and present suitable solutions, proposals, and quotations.n
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.n
- Negotiate commercials and close deals effectively.n
- Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle, from initial conversation to closure.n
- Coordinate with internal travel, operations, and event teams to ensure smooth execution.n
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track leads, proposals, conversions, and revenue.n
- Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Corporate Sales.n
- Prior experience in Hospitality, Corporate Travel, Travel & Tourism, Hotels, MICE, or related industries is preferred.n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
