About the Role:

nWe are looking for a highly organised and analytically driven Technical Program Manager to support our Research & Development (R&D;) organization. In this role, you will partner closely with R&D; leadership to drive complex cross-functional technical initiatives, streamline operational processes, and ensure successful execution across teams.

nThe ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of up-to-date software development methodologies and cloud technologies, along with exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

nWhat you'll do:

nProject Management:
n

- n
- Drive engineering programs and releases from idea to delivery to deploymentn
- Shall be responsible for defining the program governancen
- Champion long-term, scalable processes that support the growing needs of our companyn
- Drive the prioritisation, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with architects and engineering leadsn




- Experience in managing challenging stakeholders and provide regular executive reports on program performance to senior managementn
- Go-to-person for all Project related informationn

nCollaboration With Leadership:

- Serve as a key partner to the R&D; leadership team by providing regular updates.n
- Support leadership in prioritising R&D; projects and aligning resources with strategic goals.n
- Prepare and share weekly status report and provide visibility to leadershipn

nCross-Functional Operations & Reviews:

- n
- Lead and conduct operational reviews, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.n
- Host and facilitate critical cross-functional meetings to drive decision-making and ensure smooth execution of R&D; projects.n
- Drive process improvements and share best practices across the organization.n

nWhat you bring:

- Bachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. MBA or advanced degree
