nEligibility criteria: Must have experience in green field project for at least 2 years

- Ensure effective relationship with the stakeholders including public representatives and local villagers.n
- Ensure close relationship with panchayat representatives and other stakeholders through effective liaison and community development programs.n
- Actively engage with key government officials to resolve all plants issues, foster strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment between Dalmia's objectives and the state's economic, industrial, and social development plans.n
- Ensure effective management of all government liaison work, helping to streamline approvals for major industrial, environmental, and infrastructure developments.n
- Coordinate and manage land acquisition processes,



ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.n
- Proactively manage the corporate reputation of Dalmia Cement in by identifying potential risks and mitigating negative perceptions.n
- Ensure alignment with central government guidelines on environmental, zoning, and other compliance matters.n
- Prepare and submit essential documentation for government permits, licenses, and clearances required for land development, infrastructure projects, and other business operations.n
- Lead crisis communication efforts in case of any environmental or operational challenges in .n
- Lead efforts to obtain regulatory approvals from various state & central government agencies for current business ventures, expansions, or changes in operations.n
