The Prospect

Kaygen is looking for an experienced ERP Practice Lead to build and scale its ERP consulting and solutions capability.
This is a practice-building role, combining ERP expertise, solution consulting, presales,



client engagement and commercial ownership. The leader will help Kaygen move beyond individual ERP staffing opportunities toward a stronger solutions proposition covering advisory, transformation, implementation support, specialist talent and ongoing services.
The right candidate will bring deep expertise in at least one major ERP ecosystem, broad enterprise-transformation exposure and the entrepreneurial ability to create a credible, scalable and revenue-generating practice.

What You Will Own
- Define the ERP practice strategy, value proposition, service portfolio and go-to-market approach aligned with Kaygen's growth priorities.
- Lead ERP discovery and solution conversations with enterprise clients, translating business challenges into credible transformation, implementation and support opportunities.
- Bring deep expertise in at least one major ERP ecosystem while helping shape broader solutions across SAP, Oracl
