nAbout the Role

nAs a Media Account Manager, you will own client relationships while ensuring the successful execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and Analytics teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and exceptional client experiences.

nResponsibilities
n

- n
- Manage end-to-end client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.n
- Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and KPIs.n
- Coordinate and manage campaign execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads.n
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to develop media strategies.n




- Review campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.n
- Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to clients.n
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics.n
- Coordinate with Creative and Content teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.n
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.n
- Ensure smooth project execution while maintaining high client satisfaction.n
- Handle client escalations professionally and proactively.n
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.n

nQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.n
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.n
