Job Description
A multidisciplinary architecture and interior design practice in Girgaon, Mumbai is hiring a Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out or architectural project execution. This is a site-facing role responsible for coordinating execution, schedules, procurement, documentation, budgets, vendors, contractors and project stakeholders from mobilisation through handover.

nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, quality and material availability.n
- Maintain daily site updates and project notes using Notion or similar documentation tools.n
- Prepare and maintain Gantt charts and project schedules, identify delays and coordinate corrective actions.n
- Prepare,



review and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for project requirements.n
- Coordinate procurement, including material sourcing, vendor communication, purchase orders and deliveries.n
- Maintain site documentation covering material requirements, RFIs, approvals and daily labour or contractor attendance.n
- Prepare weekly site visit updates and documentation packages for the Architect, Interior Designer and Studio Director.n
- Track project budgets and reconcile expenditure against BOQs and approved requirements.n
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and clients to resolve execution-related requirements.n
- Coordinate between design information and site requirements to support accurate project execution.n
