nJob Summary
nMaharishi Ayurveda Hospital is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused, and result-oriented Admissions & Patient Services Executive to manage patient admissions, counselling, lead conversion, and patient relationship management. The role requires handling prospective patient enquiries, guiding patients through treatment and admission processes, coordinating with doctors and internal teams, and ensuring a seamless patient journey from enquiry to discharge.




nThe ideal candidate should possess strong communication and counselling skills, a good understanding of hospital operations, and the ability to convert admission enquiries into confirmed admissions. Experience in healthcare admissions, patient services, insurance coordination, government health panels, or hospital business development will be an added advantage.

nKey ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Patient Counselling

- Handle all admission enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, website leads, CRM, referrals, camps, and marketing activities.n
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment options, Panchkarma programs, room categories, duration of stay, expected outcomes, and hospital facilities.n
- Guide patients through admission procedures and required documentation.n
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to understand patient requirements and recommend appropriate treatment programs
