This critical role will lead and execute various audit projects, ensuring the organization's compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation. - Planning & Execution: Lead and execute the annual internal audit plan, including financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits, ensuring adherence to professional standards.n
- Risk Assessment: Participate in the annual risk assessment process to identify key areas of risk and develop audit programs to address those risks.n
- Audit Procedures: Develop and execute audit procedures, including planning, fieldwork, documentation,



reporting, and follow-up.n
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive and timely audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and management responses. Communicate audit results effectively to management and the audit committee.n
- Compliance: Monitor and evaluate the organization's compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.n
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, providing value-added recommendations to management.n
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop internal audit staff, fostering a positive and productive work setting.n
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with management and other stakeholders across the organization.n
