nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the RegisterKaro app , assisting clients with the onboarding process, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

nKey Responsibilities

- Explain the RegisterKaro app, features, and services to clients.n
- Guide clients through the complete onboarding process, including app setup and documentation.n
- Handle client queries through calls, chat, and email professionally and promptly.n
- Assist clients with issues related to the app, accounts,



and services.n
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding.n
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.n
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve client concerns.n
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service quality .n
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide timely support.n

nRequirements
n
- n
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.n
- Good verbal and written communication.n
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach .n
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel .n
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.n
- Prior experience in customer support, client handling, onboarding, or telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.n
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.n
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting .n
